Manchester United and Bulgrian striker, Dimitar Berbatov injured his hip in the encounter against Serbia what turned out to be an embarassing night for the Bulgarian fans and players. Bulgaria lost the match by a score of 6-1 and the fans started to blame their striker Dimitar Berbatov for the recent bad performances of their national team. The new Manchester United striker who has played 64 matches so far for Bulgaria and scored a haul of 41 goals in them. After the loss last night there are reports in England that the Bulgarian striker is set to retire from International scene and concentrate on the club as he is not willing to affect the outcome of his country’s results. The player has had enough of the International scene and he has asked the Football Association to count him out of the International squad. Having injured his hip in the match last night the player is doubtful starter for the crucial match against Aston Villa that is to take place this weekend. In his absence it will be Carlos Tevez who will be starting the match but there are worries for Manchester United as their other striker Wayne Rooney is also out with injury and had skipped his International Match against Germany that took place the same time yesterday.
